I assumed something might get bumped around in shipping, but nope, everything showed up safe and in good shape. Really appreciate the careful packing!

The items were fine overall, nothing really wrong with them, but the shipping took longer than I expected. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “it’s on the way, just give it a little more time,” which was polite enough, but didn’t really help much. Not a terrible experience, just not one I’m in a hurry to repeat.

I had a small hiccup with my chefshop.com order where one item didn’t show up. I’m already fuzzy on the exact timeline, but I do remember having to send a second email before I got a reply, which was a little annoying.

To their credit, they did take care of it and sent the missing item, so the main thing got resolved. I’ll probably mostly remember that it worked out in the end, but the waiting around for updates wasn’t ideal.

I’d give chefshop.com 4 stars for how well they kept me in the loop on my order. I got an email when it shipped, and they also let me know about a short delay instead of leaving me wondering, which I really appreciated. The tracking info was clear, and my items arrived in good condition. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but the communication made the wait much less frustrating.

I’ll be honest, some of the stuff did look nice, but the prices just didn’t make sense to me. For what I’d be getting, I felt like I’d be overpaying, so I couldn’t really talk myself into it.

The tracking was useless. It just sat on the same status for days like it had given up, then out of nowhere it said delivered even though nothing showed up. Compared to other food sites I’ve used, it made choosing olive oil and other pantry items feel a lot easier and less like guesswork. The site does look a little old school, but the sourcing notes felt honest and genuinely useful.

I checked out chefshop.com last week hoping to find a few pantry items and maybe try something new, but I was a little disappointed with the selection. Overall, I had a good experience with the shop. Reading between the lines, the product and service seem solid, but the shipping cost did feel a bit higher than I expected

I’ve been waiting for days and still haven’t heard anything back. They’ve got all the polished wording about support and caring about customers, but none of that means much when nobody actually replies

My order showed up, but the cold stuff was already warmer than it shouldve been. Not sure if the packaging just wasnt enough or what. The taste was fine, but for the price I really expected them to handle the temperature better...

I tried the Chefshop.Com subscription for a few months, and overall it was okay. As someone who likes orders to show up exactly as promised, I was happy that everything came correct. The only downside was that one of the boxes was dented, but overall I got what I ordered.
